This website has no forms and no accounts, so it does not ask you for personal details. The website chat, described below, answers questions only and does not take messages or contact details. When you book, call or email, we use only what you give us, to answer you and to arrange your appointment. Here is how each part works.
What happens when I book online?
Online bookings are made on Setmore, a separate booking service. The details you enter there are handled under Setmore’s privacy policy.
What happens when I call or email?
We use your name, your number or email address, and your message to reply and to arrange your visit. We don’t sell your details. To confirm confirm you use contact details only to reply and book, and never sell them
How does the website chat work?
The chat button opens an AI assistant. It is a computer program, not a person. It answers questions from the studio's published information: services, prices, hours, location and booking. It can't give medical or skin advice, it can't book or change appointments, and it doesn't take messages.
Engine & Agent AI, the studio's website team, runs the chat for the studio. The answers are written by Anthropic's Claude AI model, and the chat runs on Cloudflare.
What does the chat keep?
Chat messages are saved for up to 30 days, so Engine & Agent AI can check the answers (and show them to the studio on request), then deleted. To write each answer, your message, with contact details removed, is sent to Anthropic. Phone numbers, email addresses and street addresses typed into the chat are removed before a message is saved or sent to the AI model. Please don't type personal details, health or skin details, card numbers or passwords into the chat. To book or to reach the studio, use the online booking or call the studio.
The chat sets no cookies and uses no tracking. It uses your browser's session storage only to keep the chat open while you move between pages; closing the tab clears it. To limit abuse, it counts messages with a scrambled code made from your internet address that changes every day; the address itself is not stored.
